If you are new to Block House and are a business customer that is engaged in reselling and hold a valid state Tax Exemption Number, please fill out and submit the form below. A representative from our Customer Service team will contact you within 2 business days to assist in setting up your account. If credit is requested, credit applications are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days. Applications submitted during business hours are typically set up within an hour. If outside of business hours, your account will be set up the next business day.
